Hehehe, So Tac manages to take over the farm, and enslaved the 101 puppies, humans, and other dogs with a mind control device! Oh noes! Lucky manages to escape with only a handful (pawful) of others, while Tac tries to chase him down. Tac recruits the cats of the neighbor hood, and tells them if they join him, he'll take over the world, and he'll offer all the catnip and cream they could want.
They accept, so Tac has a vast Army while Lucky only has his friends, and his luck on his side.
