The expression is great, particularly the eyes and the pose of the body. I get a kick out of how fanciful the buildings are, too.
The ears look large. In the show, they're usually level with the corner of the eye (Unless he has ears like Snails. In which case, just ignore me. I doubt that was the intention, tho).
The raised foreleg has one line that overlaps the edge of the neck, while the other goes behind. The fact that they don't match looks incongruous. An easy fix would be to continue the line of the neck down to the chest.
I could do a redline of all that, if it would help... though, obviously, I'd have to use something other than red. :3
