Finally got around to putting together a ref sheet for my pirate DnD shark guy! Meet K'naresh. He likes to think of himself as the kind of charming, dashing rogue who's always one step ahead of the law, one way or another. Whether or not that's always the case remains to be seen, but he's not above using guile, intimidation, or a knife in the back (figuratively... and maybe literally? WHO KNOWS) to cover his own hide and get what he wants.

Despite his own moral and legal ambiguities (and the eyepatch), he's not a pirate himself, and would resent being lumped in with them for Tragic Backstory™ reasons. If you pointed out how his MO matches a pirate's (or how he's worked with pirates in the past), though, he'd probably pause and brood about it for a bit, before shrugging and getting on with whatever he was doing. I'm not sure if he'd justify it to himself per se, so much as he'd just... acknowledge it briefly before shrugging it off, lol.
