This was a Tribe I was working on in the spring of 2025, during the eclipse in February.

They live in the mountain regions on the island content of Throsyn, in a large city called Moon's Peak.
I designed them to be a offshoot race of Nightwings that developed different powers that relate to Eclipses rather than just the moons. So they are called Eclipsewings.
They can still read minds, but also project their own thoughts onto other dragons as well (if their power is strong enough).
Instead of future sight, they have Telekinesis (the ability to levitate and move objects with their mind). If this power is at it's full potential, when they are born under the right conditions, they have Pyrokinesis (the ability to set fire to things with their mind).

They aren't fully finished yet, so I advise you not to make one yet if you are interested. If you still want to, the only rule is that you credit me for my tribe!
