A character have been throwing around in my head for a little while now. She is the best friend of Neosol (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6343522) - the otter. More practice with digital drawing and shading.

Character profile: Super bubbly almost to the point of neurotic but NeoSol is the only person that can calm her down. Super outgoing and has flight abilities (wings not shown). Btw... PUFFIN LOVE :)
