This is what you get when you watch YouTube clips of Emperor penguins.
Usually when I start creating a character, I always make them 5 heads high (one for the head, two for the body. and two for the legs). He didn't look correct when I completed my first sketch. He needed shorter legs, so I gave him one head height for each his head and his feet, and three for his body, and this was what I came up with. He looked fine, I think.

Oh man, what a cutie!! Love his belly’s insistence on poking out: the shakeup with the 5-heads-rule is cool.
