i feel like properly re-offering commissions because i am in a dire need for money (the biggest one of my life so far), because i am moving out with my sweetheart. finding a place to stay ain't too bad but we need to be sure we'll be able to afford it. and we haven't found a job yet on the top of that, so every little bit helps.
