this artstyle is an obvious recreation of those videos 'bout "user x user are gay" or somethin' like that. In fact, these videos were made by a group called CSS or los calvos sexuales sovieticos. Interestingly, these guys used Paint to ragebait users, and well, they were very explicit and quite bad. This fanart of Susie is a recreation of that. however, it's best not to talk 'bout it, since most of those who made them were trolls from 2014-2015 if imma remember correctly, and one of them was a guy called Caillou el calvo sexual (now they're called el calvo de caillou or simply Caillou).
