puzzlebeetles are dreamers enemies found in stardust puzzle, chapter 2 of needle travels. their abilities to be spared depends on one of their puzzle pieces bein' correct. they also possess a unique characteristic, all their pieces are sentient, and while puzzlebeetle itself is the group's mastermind, they are a variant of dream spiders. therefore, they share several characteristics, such as bulgin' eyes, triangular legs, and a simple body. however, puzzlebeetles don't have stripes, as their bodies are divided into several parts. after the dreamers, including the puzzlebeetles, are recruited, they appear in the epilogue of chapter 2 in funky town as street puzzlers in the areas outside the castle. in the bat route. these dreamers will attempt to flee from the player, but are always caught and killed in battle. In the epilogue of chapter 2, these dreamers are buried in The olde graveyard in funky town.
