Wisteria Geisha [WIP of free art]
A while back I posted a journal asking people for ref sheets so I could work on a picture I had in mind for a while. I was NOT expecting the overwhelming influx, and I hate saying "no." My intention was to only pick one, but then I decided to pick another and then two "cameos" because...gosh it was just so hard.
Anyway, This is the sketch of it. I never guaranteed I'd be coloring anything, but I actually HAVE started to color this in a very different style from what I normally use... needless to say, I'm trying to do everything on one layer. It's fun, but very time consuming. NO idea when this will be finished as I started teaching, but what I have done now has encouraged me to finish this entire piece.
I apologize to all those that weren't picked. I love every character and had such a hard time choosing, but I AM keeping that journal up so I have references for the future.

well the second you posted her ref I about squeed with delight, and immediately knew Skadia was precisely what I was looking for!!! So thank YOU for posting!!! I hope I can get this done soon. I've been working on it for the past four hours and got the background light, left tree and left wisteria done...lmao, and sarah-grey's char's head done. That's about it. (damn this new coloring style I wanted to try out, had NO clue it'd take forever! But so worth it).
