This fusion is okay. Toko herself doesn't have much to work with for selecting an appropriate Pokémon so I had to use her braids as my main link. Even though Sneasler doesn't have the feathery...thing on both sides, I thought it would be a neat touch to turn it into Toko's braid instead.
