MALAKAS Project - Klaus Torskeolie, Part 2
If you wish to know about the MALAKAS Project, go to Timothy Soro's entry here for more info about the project.
Description:
It was 2026, and the word spread to potential entrees and honorably discharged Super Soldiers that the MALAKAS Project had unveiled the more powerful form and was open to them. Some hesitated, some became eager to go back in, but obtaining the Titan form would come with a catch: A Juggernaut form would replace Super Soldier as a permanent form, and there would be a lot of things to be cautious of, especially concerning the suitable living space, daily diet intake, and unwanted attention from any authority in power.
Three Super Soldiers from Denmark, Klaus Torskeolie (an urban yet humble fox who worked in fishing in Copanhagen), Ernst Havbunden (a clumsy and asthmatic Oceamug who hailed from a faraway village), and Kristian Tekelakayi (an Ethiopian-born tarantula who moved to Copanhagen with his father working as an Orthrodox monk), were living their own lives as business as usual, albeit with slight changes in their daily schedule to help themselves in workouts. Such a notable change in the three boys inspired young Danes to go to US to join the MALAKAS Project, forgetting the fact that the nearest MALAKAS base had already been built in Southern Germany, but then again, even in 2026, political tension there was immense.
Eventually, the Danish government had found out about the Titan trend and persuaded the three boys to go back to US to get that new rank. Two boys agreed willingly, and Kristian did so hesitantly, as he was way 1 week before his next trip to the city of Helsingør for an Ethiopian Tewahedo mission alongside his father, just only for a month.
Once returned to Mt. Tingganda Military Base, they came to see their reputation as small but impactful to a lot of people for their minor contributions. Despite that however, they chose to spend time chatting and fishing on the nearby lake, all to reminisce their time back when they were lean and small. They were able to get a lot of fish, but the biggest among all was a big live squid that began clinging onto Klaus' back without his knowledge, and neither that of the other Danish boys. It was then time for the three boys to come upon the pentagram near the church, each of them would gain a temporary Titan form but render their Juggernaut form permanent, so precautions were best handed out beforehand. However, nobody else present, not even the three boys, expected that single stealthy squid still clinging onto Klaus would be affected as well, turning itself quite as large as any Titan recruit. Naturally, Klaus and Ernst didn't take that well with that enlarged squid jumping onto and clinging onto them, which was even more embarrassing for Ernst had actually yet to get off his own kayak, but Kristian seemed tolerant with it, even when it almost swallowed his Orthodox scepter staff.
Nevertheless, that squid was brought back into the lake, with no consideration on what it could do with lake dwellers there, let alone its own kind. And as for the Danish boys, they returned home as Juggernauts with their Titan ability, as if nothing wrong had ever happened.
