Well I was talking about the face-up cards. The local card shop here used to sell those. I always hated having to explain to little kids in there that "no, you can't use that 'complete Exodia' card against me and no, you don't automatically win when you draw it". XD I used to buy those cards for a quarter and hang them on my wall for decoration. I don't know who produces them, I just know they're absolutely not legit. :(
