On topic of villains

Wizard of Death is a modern day dark wizard. He is attempting to get stronger by using various magical elixirs. Problem with that is one thing he likes to throw in are Koatl scales but living in Tregrade, Vidom there are like 100 Koatls in the whole city.

Doctor Jacket is a terrorist. He does a lot of stuff you would expect from a label like that. He doesnt have powers but he is smart and cryptic with an organization behind him.

Xeylark is the Duke of Pluto within the Daianxa empire(a Xaig empire stretching a small section of the Gilgamesh galaxy). Xeylark has a weird obsession with conquering Earth. Its quite annoying for the emperor to deal with since they want Earth and nearby planets as buffer with the other space empires. Xeylark has access to alien technology he will fly down to Earth and try to conquer it.
