I was thinking about someone very important to me when I did this.
So, that's why it's beautiful (at least to me). Because they make me feel very, very beautiful, even though I'm not. ^^;;

Anyhow, this is of Yukino and Soothe - two people made for eachother, soulmates.

This, ofcourse, is Soothe's introduction to the world beyond my portfolio, created while I was sad and on my "vacation". He is Lurdt's son and only child with Ruji. A few days after Soothe's conception, his uncle Lichesis cursed him (along with Ruji, Vic, and Ranier). Thus, he was born blind and sickly.
Lurdt found Yuki a few days after Soothe was born, and thus, they were raised like siblings.
Anyhow, Soothe's always loved Yuki, though he never really said anything, since, because he was blind, she always had to lead him around and 'protect' him when they were children. Thus, at fourteen, he left his family to go train under a Master, so as to become strong enough to be able to tell her how he feels as a man.
Anyhow, the only time he can see is when his 'blood fury' takes over him - he goes into a bloodlust and his strength increases tenfold for a long period of time. The curse is overlapped then.

SO.
Three years later, when Lurdt finally decides to get the sword purified (lazy bum!), he decides Soothe should do it.
This horrifies Yuki, since she still sees him as her 'weak baby brother' (despite the fact they're the same age). Afraid for him, she swipes the sword and runs off. (yay! Now she actually has a good reason, BESIDES ANGST!)

Only done with three markers. And I just felt like drawing them in japanese clothing.
