After practicing for a while, I tried to draw without relying on 3D tools as aids. This is my first piece created entirely in 2D painting software, and the final result doesn't seem as bad as I had feared.
However, it's obvious that the shadows and highlights in this painting are still too stiff and harsh. My handling of the eyes and scales isn't good enough either, and the muscle lines are far from perfect. If anyone has suggestions or criticism, please feel free to point them out—I’m eager to learn more.
