Well, I take the Picture with my Cell phone, is a Picture of my DS. I know is not very detailed so I'll explain here about it. I'll hope someone that know about this give me some help about it, since I need it, (This DS mean a lot for me since was kind of a Gift from Someone of USA)
1.- The Right Gear Broke, making the DS to move unstable and even making it to Open in 120 Degrees. If I want to play with the upper screen still, I should put a folded paper in that place. (As showed on the screen)
2.- After the Gear broke (This was in summer) the Upper screen starting to fail by time to time, The Screen look White, but not full White as it still keep some details. For fix the problems, and recover the usefulness of the Upper screen I should move it slowly until I get a proper angle in where the Screen recover its function. (Using a paper to make it still) but since a couple of days ago, the ritual of search a proper angle doesn't work anymore and the Upper screen is not functionally so far.
3.- With all that Info I wonder, Is it repairable? If I bought an Upper Screen for replacement (that are around 40 or 50 US I don't remember well) Will it work?
Thanks for the Help.

This sounds like a loosened connection link inside the screen panel when the joint broke. It could be getting pinched under the weight of the upper screen's frame and causing disruption. If you know of any game shop that can perform repairs, I would advice taking it to such a place and have them attempt repairing it. Or if possible, try looking around for advice through different tech forums that deal specifically with problems related to this for more solutions. If all else fails, try to find out if Nintendo has a way of accepting broken hardware that they repair and mail back to you.

I've openned my DS to change the plastic covering but I've never seen the screen going white like that. I think you'll probably need to open it up and see if the ribbon cable is damaged. The ribbon cable is located on the left hand hinge and is rather sensitive. if it's torn at all then you'll have to replace the entire top screen.
try looking on amazon for replacement stuff or on Ifixit.com for more detailed help.
