here he is! the source of suvi's insecurities: his much more successful, much more talented, and much more morally questionable older brother!
you may be wondering: what detective needs a sword? dart does, apparently (¬､¬) you see, a master detective is basically a regular detective, but they investigate stuff involving superheroes, monsters, magic users, and socialites. so, he has a sword to defend himself.
also, yes, he always has that smile. i like characters who have permanently closed eyes. i believe they're called fox eyes, but i don't remember where i heard that. he's incredibly posh, uptight, and even a little mean. it's never intentional, he just knows he's better than people and talks to them like they're lesser. he's not intentionally malicious or evil. he's just kind of a prick.
also, he is a transgender man, because i'd like more antagonistic trans characters. you know, who aren't just [i'm not gonna say what but it's a pretty bad stereotype]

I don't know why but I have the slightest feeling he's going to get what he deserves, I just don't know how or when, hehe.
(Also sorta out of pocket question here, you wouldn't happen to be a Psychonauts fan would you? Because it's how I actually heard of the name D'artagnan! It's very interesting to see it being used for another character)
