Haven't made these in some years. Requires 3/4-lb ground meat, celery salt, 1/4-cup chopped onion, half cup BBQ sauce and a tube of buttermilk biscuits. Brown meat in skillet. Add celery salt, onion, and sauce. Flatten biscuit dough into 5-inch discs. Press discs into muffin tins and fill with the cooked meat mixture. Top with shredded cheddar and bake 12-15 minutes at 375F. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 8-10 servings.
