● Create adopts and full reference sheets using this base;
● Edit the base to fit your design ideas (within species traits);
● Sell adopts and take custom commissions for any price.
Please note:
● Kirigons are a closed species but they may be created using my official Kirigon bases;
● Before creating or purchasing a Kirigon please make sure to read the full species description to understand their anatomy, traits, and limitations;
● If you have an idea that doesn’t fully fit the species traits please feel free to contact me - I’m always open to discussion and special approvals.
You may not:
● Remove my signature from the base;
● Share, resell or distribute the original base files in any form.

I answered below, please read it and I’ll be happy to answer any more questions. Maybe that’s my mistake that I used the words “open species” and it would be better to write “closed species” but the exceptions are those who buy an expensive base. I don’t plan to put high price for all my bases, I’ll keep drawing them for their usual prices, but kirigons are very special project to me and as an author I believe that’s my choice to put any price. I’m sorry that I caused negative emotions. I would be fine if no one will buy it, and I’ll be happy if anyone will consider this purchase to support this species and let them develop 💛
Though I do understand where you're coming from and I'll happily buy your other bases. I do believe it may be best to put this as semi open. Due to creating one being locked behind a payment. Though of course, this is just a suggestion.
Open species in general are viewed as, as long as you meet the guidelines of the species. One can make a creature of the species by either commissioning another artist.. Or just creating one themselves with no payment. It feels kind of off to have an open species lock behind a payment.

I just never saw “semi-open” term, maybe this would be more correct one for kirigons. Anyway thanks for your opinion, I appreciate any comments and opinions as long as they don't contain insults. Maybe I just need to mark them as closed species and this will prevent further discontent.
Honestly, I thought you didn't want to do closed species due to the bad stigma that have. Which I completely understand.
But compared to other closed species I've seen and been in. This would be the best way to do it. In the end. It's your species. Do whatever you think is best. It's still a beautiful species. Just a bit out of my price range.

I mentioned that Kirigons are an open species in the sense that anyone is welcome to create one if they use the official base, but I’ve chosen this model to keep the species rare and visually consistent. All my other bases are more affordable and the higher price for this one reflects the amount of work that went into developing the species and their lore. Also I would like to limit overuse. I completely understand that this won’t be for everyone and that’s okay cause it’s an optional project for those who truly support the species and me as a creator..

Update: I've decided to make Kirigons a closed species with an exception that they can be created using my base, I hope this will prevent any dissatisfaction 🙏🏼 I listen to my audience's opinion and value it. I just haven't created my own species before and I don't have any experience so I didn't think about the nuances 😔
Thank you for listening to your followers. As said by Andromeda I love your bases, they are worth their price, and being a closed species at 50$ is a very low bar compaired to most closed species. It makes it easier for you and others to have it closed, I look forward to owning one some day!
