Here is Act 2 if the Lil'Fur Players production of this year's Panto - Cinderella. Well now you have had your interval ice-cream, we can commence!

In awe of seeing a beautiful fairy, Buttons smiled:
"Oh this is wonderful!" he said
"I didn't my ice-cream in the interval, uh Strawberry flavour tub please!" Buttons added.
"You silly squirrel, I'm not an usherette, I am the Fairy Godmother of Cinderella!" said the fairy, playfully bopping Buttons on the head with her wand.
"Hey!" said Buttons, rubbing his head.
"Cinderella... Ice Cream Seller, it's rhyming slang!" smiled Buttons.
The fairy sighed but passed Buttons a tub of strawberry ice-cream.
"Here you go. The spoon is in the lid." The fairy said, before looking at the audience who have already eaten their ice-cream and probably didn't realise that fact.
"Well now you know!" said the fairy to the audience.
"Why are you here?" asked Buttons eating his ice-cream.
"I'm here to see Cinderella. I have news for her!" The fairy explained.
"Ok, I'll go and get her." said Buttons as he goes to fetch her.

As Buttons brought Cinderella to the stage, she looked in awe.

"Ohhhh my wish came true! My Fairy Godmother is here!" smiled Cinders.
"Yes, and I'm here to tell you, you shall go to the ball!" said The Fairy Godmother.
"Really how? My dress was ruined!"
"I will fix it, Buttons please bring me the torn dress." said the Fairy Godmother.
Buttons duly obliged and brought the fairy the torn dress. But with a wave of her magic wand, the dress was fixed, and Cinders was able to wear it!
"Wow, thank you so much!" said Cinderella, looking beautiful.
"But how will I get to the ball?" she asked.
"Well first look at this pumpkin." said the Fairy Godmother, as with her magic wand she turned the pumpkin into a coach.
"Wow, but what about the horse?" asked Buttons.
"I'm glad you asked!" said the Fairy Godmother.
"Here you go!" she said, passing Buttons two halves of a coconut shell.
"Huh? I got to the be the horse?" sneered Buttons.
"Indeed, you got such an important job!" smiled the Fairy Godmother, as she reined Buttons to the coach as Cinders sat inside it.
"Now onward, you shall get to the ball, but make sure you return by the eight hour!" announced the Fairy Godmother
"8 o'clock?" gasped Cinders.
"Yes, thats suppose to be everyone's bedtime!" The Fairy Godmother said as she flew with the coach, and Buttons, reined to the coach tapping the coconut shells.

At the ball, Prince Charming was completely disinterested in all his suitors, especially Cinders' sisters Measles and Rubella! He just wanted to go a eat the buffet, dive into the chocolate fountain, drink lots of Coca-Cola and lemonade and dance to Agadoo. But as soon Cinderella arrived in her pretty dress and hair done so pretty, Prince Charming turned and was amazed at her beauty. To the kings astonishment, he held his hand and asked Cinderella to dance, which she duly accepted.

Measles and Rubella didn't recognise Cinderella as her hair was styled beautifully by Fairy Godmother of London. But they looked in disgust seeing they will now never gain the Prince's attention.

The couple danced all evening until Buttons and the Fairy Godmother became worried about the time.

"Oh no, I've lost track of the time!" said the Fairy Godmother
"Is there a clock anywhere?" asked Buttons

"IT'S BEHIND YOU!" shouted back the audience.

However the clock soon struck 8!
