This is something I've been wanting to express for a while. And I felt like it really needed an image to convey it properly. ( Don't worry, I'm fine. )

Very nice perspective. I totally feel you there. I've not found that special someone either. Though like you were saying you have to be good with yourself alone before you bring someone else into the mix. You shouldn't have to depend on someone else to 'complete' you. You are already complete yourself. It's the act of sharing your life with someone. It can be quite harrowing and daunting to do... To allow someone that close, to touch you that deeply. It's a lot of trust and compromises.
I wish you the best there my friend. I'm in the same boat myself. I posted a very deep picture I commissioned a while back and debated on posting it or not with how emotional it was. In the end I'm glad I did. I got a lot of things off my chest.
Just know you have friends here that support you. I hope perhaps we can pass IM contact info or email and keep in touch better. :)

Awwh. *moosh* I'm in this now too kinda, and the good thing is that with enough experience you find that you're okay anyway when you're in this kinda moment of life. Yah it's ideal to find someone, and that someone comes around eventually. It's all about company I think... :>
I know it's 2 years after the fact, but I can strongly relate with you...time after time. Sorry, I do hope you find happiness, but I'm on verge for giving up for myself. At least I can still help others be happy I do hope. I wish this world was more accepting of Kind hearted, sweet souled, gentle pups....v.v....I hope there is a place for me, and as wonderful as you are, I KNOW there is a place for you <3
Also, love your quote on finding a soul mate....so many have told me not to date just to date, and it's hard to explain that isn't what i want, you did rather well...I wish to love someone and be loved...heh...who knows, I can't predict the future...maybe there is hope for me...but hope for you? Well, I think that is certain ^^! Good luck, and until then, keep doing what you do best pup, and be happy and healthy for yourself and all of us who care for ya <3
