I'm gonna have a go at making a Gideon fursuit, if I manage to get the money. (Please do commission me, it'll go towards good things!)

Skin/fur: Will be fleece, to make him soft
Eyes: Will be resin cast and follow me
Wings: Still debating whether to have these, if so, folded
Tail: Stuffed with fluffy stuff to make it soft and huggable
Toes/fingers: Fingers will be nylon or some shiny, moveable fabric, toes will be resin or fimo.
Teeth/tongue: Fimo, non-retractive teeth
Inner mouth: Either fleece, felt or fimo

All the extra padding will be foam with plushie stuffing ontop to make it both chunkier, and softer-feeling.

If anyone has suggestions on how to make this as cheap as possible, but still attractive, do let me know!
