A few passerbys raised their eyebrows at the gesture as Meara was clearly Alterisian Tigress and the man was human; 'he couldn't be her dad, he's no Alterisian?''maybe it's a marketing thing the young lady is doing?' were some of the whispers that could be heard. Meara paid them no attention, while Marihea was giving the passerbys daggers prompting them to hurry along. The brown-eyed tigress stood patiently with a cheerful smile awaiting her dads reaction, her tail swaying in excitement as he reached out for the present. "Jeez...Meara you didn't have to go to the bother of doing that silly..." chuckled Felix grinning from ear to ear until Marihea elbowed him in the stomach.

"You better appreciate the time we took to get you that! Even doubting who she was....idiot..." smirked Marihea sipping her drink. "Mum don't be like that to dad! It wasn't as easy as for dad remember! Alterisian are able to tell by scent if family near, so it made sense dad would still be dubious of my story..." growled Meara at her mother uncharacteristically baring her fangs, 'sometimes mum is just looking for a fight, I'm beginning to wonder whether it was mum that forced for herself on him and I appeared as an accident' she thought glaring at her mother. Sensing the hostility Felix bopped both tigress' noses to calm them down "that's enough both of you, you're as bad as each other!" spoke Felix to both tigress' in a raised voice, "OWW! I'm sorry dad 'sniff'" sniffed Meara. Marihea wasn't impressed "you think you're a bigshot now that you'll get a daughter from me...well?!" growled Marihea pressing herself up to Felix, he wasn't phased by her reaction. "Go ahead, say or do what you want. I WILL be getting the SNIP and you cam forget about doing anything physical once Meara's born if you keep this up!" replied Felix in a grave tone knowing fine well what Marihea response would be...

I'm already happy knowing that your mother and I will be blessed with you our little miracle" continued Felix. "Hehehe...damn right we're happy! Come on Felix open it already!" chirped Marihea brushing into his shoulder. He carefully opened the package revealing a large red sweater that feel extremely soft to the touch. "It should keep you a bit warmer with where we are at the moment so Meara and I thought. Just don't ask how it fits in there, I'm not explaining enchanted boxes today heheh..." smiled Marihea as she watched Felix expression change to one of gratitude.
