June embodies the notion of no thoughts, head empty. She's not the brightest and is just happy to be here. Although she may seem pretty dumb, June is actually pretty smart. A lot of times, she is playing on that notion, to cheer people up or to make people laugh. She is not afraid of being seen as the dumb one, if that makes someone else laugh. It may seem like she has high points in intelligence and low points in wisdom

Though there are times where she is generally just stupid, she has times where she forgets the most mundane things or just doesn't know some basic stuff, that makes people facepalm, for example:

She doesn't know what the symbols on the oven means
She's the type of person that keeps looking for something, like her keys or phone, while actually holding them in her hands
Accidentally burnt rice on rice cookers... twice
Accidentally flavored with sugar instead of salt
