The reason why it doesn't look right is because if you look at your own feet, you'll see that the tops of them can't be more than 180 degrees from the front of your leg. They're just bent too far down and back.
However, this does still look nice! I really enjoy her slinky pose; it goes along well with her feline nature. =)
