and now for lyam and hunter's family tree!
Félix LeGrand - Lyam and Hunter’s father. A pleasant, well-meaning man who was rarely home. His job kept him traveling constantly, sometimes gone for months and only stopping in briefly before leaving again. Because of this, he never formed a close bond with either of his sons and often feels more like a stranger than a parent.
Felicity LeGrand (née Prescott) - Lyam and Hunter’s mother. Extremely doting… toward Lyam, at least. With Félix always away, Felicity became lonely and emotionally dependent on her children. When Lyam was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, she focused almost all of her attention on him, unintentionally neglecting Hunter. She doesn’t see herself as manipulative, but often guilt-trips her sons without realizing it (“You’re leaving for college? So you’re just going to abandon your mother?”). Hunter deeply resents his mother for how he was often neglected.
Hunter LeGrand - Cool, polished, and always camera-ready, Hunter is the most successful of the LeGrand sons. He’s an award-winning movie star who loves the wealth and attention that come with fame, and he knows exactly how to work a crowd. Acting comes easily to him, both on screen and off. To the public, he’s charming and laid-back. In reality, he’s sarcastic, self-serving, and manipulative. He’s cut off almost his entire family, only seeing Lyam on rare occasions. He resents both of his parents and finds them more irritating than anything else. Beneath his arrogance, though, Hunter is deeply lonely, coping with it through expensive alcohol and his volatile relationship with Kairi. Attention from her, good or bad, is still attention.
Kairi Kurosawa – Hunter’s on-again, off-again lover and a famous actress in her own right, known for taking on a wide range of roles. She’s quiet, calculating, and strong-willed, always presenting herself as perfect. In reality, she constantly feels like she isn’t doing enough and struggles to live up to her father’s impossible expectations. Kairi hates Hunter just as much as she loves him. She knows their relationship is unhealthy, but she can’t deny how deeply addicted she is to him.
Lyam LeGrand - A sweet, gentle, well-meaning guy who loves art, science, and taking care of his plants. He wears his heart on his sleeve and is a hopeless romantic. While he works as a fashion model (a career his parents pushed him into as a child) he mostly sticks with it because it’s familiar and pays well. His real passion is botany, and he’s a full-time student working toward that future. Dalila is his entire world. He can be a bit overprotective at times, but his love for her is genuine. The two eventually marry and go on to have twins.
Dalila LeGrand (née Sucré) - A baker’s daughter through and through, Dalila lives up to her last name. She’s sweet, warm, and almost always smells faintly like vanilla. She’s an amateur fashion designer currently working as an assistant at a major fashion company, dreaming of the day she’ll run her own brand instead of fetching coffee for models and executives. Dalila tends to overthink and stress about the small stuff, and her anxiety can get the best of her, but Lyam helps ground her when things spiral. She adores him completely. The two eventually marry and go on to have twins.
Eloise LeGrand - The older twin by a few minutes. She’s fiery, stubborn, and confident. Eloise loves dresses, sparkles, and anything traditionally “girly,” but she’s just as happy playing in the mud or throwing herself into rough contat sports. She is loud, fearless, and impossible to boss around. She's the boss!
Louis LeGrand - The younger twin and the calmer of the two. He’s gentle, soft-spoken, and far more well-behaved than his sister. Louis loves ballet and singing, and tends to avoid conflict whenever he can. Though he is emotional and sensitive, he is deeply kind.
