New character that's been cooking in my brain all year, chipping away at this all semester (me when my art style dictates that I shade/highlight each color individually lol).
Inspired by "zombie salmon" that literally work themselves to death because what a mood. Lore-wise, he's been cursed for his crimes at sea to carry a half-ton anchor no matter how much he rots away (uncannily strong despite looking scrawny, can wield it as a weapon). Sisyphus but fish. Sisyfish.
