• Biography: Lucia is a member of the Supreme Forces and an old friend of Wolfgang Carlyle the Supreme Archduke. She is a part of the Black Blood Amazons, calling herself the Red Jewel of the quartet. Lucia originally served as a shaman in the Earthen Ring, working to help bring balance to the elements themselves on Azeroth. Lucia proved to be a popular figure in the organization despite her being a rarity in the ring, for she was a human being. Even so, Lucia enjoyed the power of the elements and the benefits they brought forth. However, one day, Lucia came upon a sect of shaman using the power of decay instead of spirit to harness the power of the elements. Disgusted by the sight, she dared to summon a molten giant onto the battlefield, but she quickly lost control of the giant, and it slaughtered not just the dark shaman, but also anyone else in its vicinity. Lucia stopped the giant’s rampage, but her action was met with displeasure from the Earthen Ring, informing her that the summoning of Molten Giants was forbidden by the Earthen Ring. Though Lucia got off easily since her action was one out of desperation. Unfortunately, on one mission, Lucia was gifted a vision by the Old Gods themselves when she was investigating an area infested by their influence. She saw her friend Wolfgang Carlyle falling into madness after a massacre by the Scarlet Crusade. Driven mad, Lucia came upon a Scarlet Crusade camp and pleaded with the elements to dispense justice upon them, but the elements refused her call. She then forced them to do her bidding and slew all crusaders in the area. Word reached the Earthen Ring, and they voted to kick Lucia out of the organization, though she left once the decision reached her ears, leaving her old organization behind without so much as a backwards glance, effectively renouncing her shamanistic ways and becoming a Dark Shaman herself. She eventually met up with Promdora who had recently joined the Supreme Forces. With nowhere else to go, Lucia accepted and was added to the Supreme Forces where she reunited with her old friend Wolfgang and was infused with Black Blood. Now, Lucia serves as the Red Jewel of the Black Blood Amazons and strives to assist the Supreme Queen in her goal of multiversal domination. In the past, Lucia held a deep respect for the elements, but the twisting of her heart has changed it into a deep disrespect for them as she’s not afraid to unleash the power of decay to weaponize their power. Lucia has since turned into a very cruel & ruthless person, not caring who stands in her way of her mission. She fancies herself a harbinger of the Emerald Nightmare and enjoys spreading its influence where she can. As a result, she deeply despises the tranquility of the Emerald Dream itself and wishes to replace its tranquility with chaos & corruption. A mistress of decay.
• Abilities: Lucia serves as the magic backbone of the Black Blood Amazons. As a Dark Shaman, Lucia follows different rules from typical shaman. Though she does use the elements, she uses decay to force the elements into her servitude, essentially weaponizing them instead of asking for their aid. As such, her spells take on a wide variety of twisted forms, such as mud looking blighted, and water appearing sludgy. To make matters worse, Lucia is a fan of summoning man-eating plants, something that not even druids would do. Because she devotes much of her power to magic, she’s physically frail and can’t take much physical punishment. She wields the following weapons & magics.
o Blight Staff: A blighted oak staff that channels Lucia’s power over decay. She uses it to force elemental powers to do her bidding and pollute it on her whim.
o Nightmare Claws: A pair of claws imbued with the emerald nightmare. The wounds left behind can’t infect others with the nightmare itself, though the damage they can inflict makes up for it.
o Elemental Magic: As with any shaman, Lucia holds power over the elements, but she unfortunately uses decay in order to harness their power instead of spirit. So many of her powers appear blighted or polluted. She also has no problem summoning molten giants, or man-eating plants.
o Nightmare Magic: Lucia is able to call upon the powers of the emerald nightmare to inflict physical & mental pain onto her enemies. The magic corrupts all types of land it manages to get ahold of.
