based off true events, though t here wsn't nearly that much snow :x
This was supposed to be a 'speed painting' but it wasn't cuz it took me like.. two weeks to finish on and off. I still did it rather quickly. I tried a different approach;
basic sketch
paint background
paint characters overtop,
paint snow over bg
make larger snow fx falling.<---this was the ONLY one I used a photoshop filter on. I am pleased.
otherwise, no blending tools or smudge. Just strokes.
