Oh-uh, some personal drawing? Really wanted to make a gryphon character (yes, i love gryphons as well lol) of my own, so here it is i guess. A bit on the 'gryphon-dragon hybrid' side of the things with them horns and thick tail. No name or anything for now, basically still in concept stages.

Very cute and adorable! I absolutely love em! I have a soft spot for gryphons like that! I also really like the dragon hybrids as well as gryphons look great with huge thick tails and some look great with horns too! Love how soft and hefty they look as well! Fantastic job on them! Your hefty styling makes them look even better x3
I absolutely adore any type/shape of gryphons! For me it's one of the top tier mythological creatures, on the same level with dragons. Mixing a bit of the dragon was a must, for the 'thick tail' reasons, haha! Anyway, glad that you liked her! I would difinetly draw more of her in the future, and i had a lot of fun with this one actually :)
Yeah, I definitely would agree ^^. They can also be quite flexible too in terms of the choice of bird and feline halves you can choose from too ^^. And trust me, I can't blame ya on the thick tail reasoning lol. Like I said, I love thick tailed gryphons as I find it gives them a really nice and powerful look ^^. Ive been meaning to add one to my gryphon form as well lol. And I absolutely love her! She is so adorable as hell as yet again your hefty/pudgy/muscular styling really shows through on this one! You also draw plumage very well too from what I've noticed ^^
Ooo, you also have a gryphon form? That's great, the more gryphons the better! ^^
Anyway, thanks alot! I'm trying to experiment with and improve my texturing with things like fur, plumage and etc. Oh, and i'm personally really happy with how the pudgy/muscular mix turned out in this one, especially on the limbs. I think it's the closest to my personal fav type of any creature's 'contitution' so far ^^

Yep! Instead of making new characters for every creature I like, I just end up making it a form to simply things ^^. Now it has become sort of a meme and I actually enjoy it ^^. I have a whole list now XD. I find it fun to take something and alter it's appearance a bit ^^. But yeah, the more gryphons the better!
Also, no need to thank me! Id say you are already well on yiur way to achieving your goals as the two avian pieces youve done have absolutely wonderful plumage and floof! I guess you just know how to make things look SOFT in more ways than one XD. And I agree, bulky/powerful limbs on a hefty/pudgy type character is always a nice look ^^. Gives them the sense of weight and heft, but also power too ^^

Well, having a single character in different forms is quite functional indeed ^^.
Well, i'm really glad if you think so, but honestly i'm closer to the philosophy that there is no limit to the improvement, its the lifetime process; so i'm always trying to learn something new, even if it's just how to improve the fluffiness xD
Yes, softness in every aspect is the way to go :D
Imho strong limbs on a creature with such 'build' are just looking more natural and logical, since its required to carry all the excess 'heft'.

Oh, of course! Art is an ever improving ever evolving and growing (like some of the creatures you draw xp) craft ^^. Youll always get better and improve somewhere ^^. But I can definitely say youve been making fluffy look hella fluffy and soft! X3.
But in definitely agree! The muscular limbs not only suit the creature as it is what they would be in real life if that were the case, but it also rounds out (pun not intended xp) and evens out the look ^^. Really hard to say, but it is a very nice look that I love on hefty creatures ^^
Happy New Years by the way! ^^
