Pretty cool, I like him! I like the handles and the tape, very nice!
He definitely looks shiny, for sure, but as others have said, it's not 100% like rubber or plastic. To me, parts look a little metallic, and I think that's partially (speaking from a point of complete ignorance) to do with the sharp lines of the reflections? I just think, though I don't know, that the sharp lines indicate firm solid edges, more like an ingot of steel rather than an inflated toy. Maybe try softening the edges, or making the reflections more curvy. Idk though, looks great!!
