In my AU, her name is Tempest Fizzletwist, and she is both Head Chef of Canterlot Castle and a commander of the Equestrian military (though Princess Twilight is the commander-in-chief.)
Since there aren't any wars going on, Tempest runs the castle like a dedicated ship captain. She is feared and revered as a strict leader with high standards and effective strategies. She is also good at combat and quick decision-making in a pinch.
Her most noticeable flaw is that she can be a bit too harsh on her subordinates. She also has to levitate objects in short, concentrated spurts to avoid magic explosions from her horn.
Her signature dessert is called the Very Berry Fizzletwist.
Tempest is my favourite character in all of My Little Pony and I look forward to putting her in my story. She is the Final Boss Line Cook Captain and we love her for it!
