One of my many unfinished and now lost furry text stories was called “The King of Starlight Gardens”. The title character was a plump, horny middle-aged Pug named Percy Potts, who owned and managed a modest apartment complex that catered to young would-be actors and actresses in a furry Hollywood.

As in ‘real Hollywood’, most of these hopefuls would fail in their quest for stardom..., and along the way many of the girls would fall victim to Percy’s manipulations..., including a naive small town Collie named Fiona Campbell who 'co-starred' in the story I wrote. This is the first of three pics that will ‘illustrate’ this story.

Percy is calling on Fiona at her apartment, cheerfully reminding her that her rent is due..., and he’s already certain that she does NOT have the money to pay it. When she confirms this, Percy will assume a sad and sympathetic expression and suggest that they go inside to discuss the matter. Cue ‘Jaws’ theme?
