Having been around the TF community for years and years, I've come across a lot of classic transformation triggers. Turning into something fire based due to spicy food, however, is a particularly interesting one. It's one of the few naturally painful TF triggers, and it has the capacity for visual appeal, despite its relatively subdued effect on the body, thanks to the 'breathing fire' concept. Combine it with species such as fire-type Pokémon, and you have a solid TF winner in my book.

There's a lot of interesting nuance in the classics, and honestly, I don't think they always receive enough recognition. Perhaps this is a good reminder to appreciate them. They are, after all, classics for a reason.

Gotta admit, turning into a feral Vulpix or Growlithe at a Café is definitely a bit of a challenge in multiple ways. Not only are you slipping out of your clothes, but you are also losing the ability to eat with utensils, convey words about the situation, and are probably turning into the irritating side of adorable when you are in a crisis. On the other paw, however, you are getting some top-quality food, one that is only enhanced thanks to your new smell receptors.

Maybe this whole transformation thing can be dealt with after dinner...
