A popular pet among the locals, the Vinter Region Skitty and Delcatty are seen in basically every settlement, as they are good at finding and getting rid of small pest Pokemon that may have gotten past the walls. Also despite them being part Ice type, they are actually very affectionate Fakemon and like to cuddle a lot. It's honestly rare to find this Fakemon in the wild these days as most seem to have taken up living in or near human settlements.
