It's a bjt complicated and relies a lot on semantics. If he wishes to "be stronger/bigger", it could mean to actually increase his strength/size, or that he just wants to look stronger/bigger or to make [i]part[/] of him stronger/bigger.
It's even riskier if he's granting someone else's wish. There's a chance he can take advantage of it to screw them over...or it just gives them the opportunity to do the same to him. Also, because they're not his own, they're often less predictable and usually lead into cartoonish situations he's barely prepared for.
