In my opinion it looks as though his ears are facing in a different direction than his head is. They look like they're rotated towards the "camera" a bit too much, and the point at which each ear is attached is a little asymmetrical on the skull. Otherwise I think it looks great!
I fix anatomy while the painting progress :) A little here a little there move around this and that and keep more loose until final stages, silly habit xD in my drawing now everything is corrected, muzzle, eyes, ears I referenced with a normal wolf-I can not find a good snarling one =o
