Born and raised in the South and Central Americas, he is fluent in Spanish. And he loves the ladies.
Celio is playful and animated. Usually he doesn't speak because his words are slurred due to his lack of proper lips, so instead he has a plethora of squeaks, whistles and growls.
He also understands English to an extent... so don't talk smack!
His favorite holiday is Dia de los Muertos because of the vivid colors and crowds full of such energy and celebration, but otherwise he can't stand the dead.
Besides his sometimes fierce hunting/defending attitude, he's really a big housecat with giant fking talons. Be wary of his pounces...
