Not sure if you gotten this from someone already, but I find it kinda neat that you post these sketches here. I feel like it gives us a little insight on how your creative process works. Interesting on how the original sketch for “deer girl 2” is radically different compared to final drawing. Though considering you’re still debating on the “paws or hooves” decision, that may have been a smart move creatively speaking.

BTW, I wanted to let you know that I left an additional comment on the ‘Deer Girl 2’ final drawing in your main gallery. I tried sending a note to you about it, but never got a response. I was basically just throwing out some ideas I had thought of at the time. I just wanted to know what you thought of them, even though that whole conversation is like 2 months old at this rate.

Speaking of which, I guess it alternatively could be something of a recurring gag that we don’t actually see Lily’s or any other Deer(Niviean?)’s feet.

DG2 sketch was before i kinda figured out how i wanted Lily to be presented. For now tho the feet being hidden will remain a running gag of sorts.
