Winter has kicked off, Christmas is near, and I felt inspired to go roaming out in the fresh snowfall to take it all in. I decided to fit in some Pokemon GO time while I was wandering, and pulled out my phone. Unexpectedly, the Nearby menu showed there was a Froslass within range! I tapped it on the screen and took off in the indicated direction, leaving snowy footprints as I went. I was so focused on finding the feminine phantom, that I hadn't noticed my own body had started altering itself...

I reached up to tap part of the map with my phone, and noticed my hand seemed... smaller? Shorter? Before I could think about that too much, the hand holding the phone also started getting reduced away! I tried to maintain a grip as best I could with my gradually-decreasing finger length, when my balance suddenly shifted dramatically. Not only did some droopy white objects start growing out from & tugging on the sides of my head, but I began floating as well while my legs began to shrink too! I tried keeping my composure and my phone in check, but it was a losing battle... After all my lower-body clothing collapsed into the snowfall, what was left of my legs merged together into a pretty white dress. The sudden shock of that feeling, plus my hands and arms reaching critical tiny-ness, caused me to lose grip on my phone!

In a desperate bid to save my phone from a snow bath, I acted on pure instinct and leapt forward at it! I tried reaching for it with my right arm, despite how puny and useless it had become... Strangely, the odd white protrusion from the right side of my head reached forth in the same way I'd wanted my right arm to do so! It reached out as I launched forward, and... SPLAT! I'd just fallen short of catching my phone in time, faceplanting in the dusty snow drift. In retrospect, that's kind of impressive considering I was able to float...

I laid there, face-down in the snow, for a few moments, strangely not feeling any sort of pain from the excessive cold. I lifted up my head, looked around a little bit, and felt one of my protrusions rub my head... Wait, was I making it do that?? I tried looking myself over as best I could, my blue shirt loose but still hanging on my thinned-out body. No arms, just a strange dress where my legs were, and protrusions on my head that were indeed acting as makeshift arms! Then my attention was grabbed by a hard lump sandwiched between my torso and the ground: My phone! I used the protrusions to push myself backward a bit, and had finally noticed that my Pokemon GO game had switched to some sort of weird selfie mode. I could see the AR switch had been turned on, perhaps accidentally by me? And sure enough, staring at the phone was my own newly-Froslass'd face. I guess what was nearby was me all along?

I got my bearings, did my best to give myself a crash-course in floating, and rounded up my belongings as haphazardly as I could, having new head-arms with only three fingers each. I bundled up all of my loose clothes and my phone in one convenient pile, held it between my arms, and spotted the footprint trail I'd left on the way here. It felt oddly humorous that I'd lost my human feet, and yet they were still there to help guide me home!
