I get exhausted enough with trying to figure out reality that I'd rather tear it apart. I find this happens when I start a project, and don't return to it until I've forgotten what I was originally intending to do with it. So... an unfinished illustration can be a catalyst for a moment of insanity.

Note: This project started before the MLP craze; finished as the craze took off unknown to me; then landed with the MLP crowd. Fine by me -- not my intent, but good timing. Forced me to watch the MPL show... no comment.
