She's cold, calculating, and preserves all of her social energy for her most difficult relationships. Strangers and casual friends thinkof her as boring and reclusive. Frostnip is an artificer, and the best friend of notoriously difficult Wishabye. She has assessment-related powers, but ones that are different than those of her family, which has caused some difficulty.
