The diaper kink has a lot of varieties of why they are considered a kink; some like them because they look cute on them which the use for AB's/Adult Babies, some like the feeling of the diaper for DL's/Diaper Lovers, and some like them for the uses of them, mainly both AB and DL's for different reasons. It's mainly depends on what you think about them really.

for me i am just a DL so its just the Diaper for me and the Using of it, not the Baby stuff
