Captain Hoggbottom is a very intimidating presence on the ZPD and one of the few enforcers that Lt. Howell does NOT get along with, and the feeling is mututal. Let's hope that Bogo never assigns them together. Hoggbottom's demeanor may have changed at the end of Zootopia 2, but she's still a force to be reckoned with.

Hoggbottom: Stay out of my way, Lieutenant. Your down home pacifist woodland ways may get positive results, but you're in the big bad city now, and *I* do things differently.
Holly: So I've noticed.
Hoggbottom: When you're with me, and I hope that is never, I call the shots, is that clear?
Holly: Crystal.
Hoggbottom: That'll do. Bogo may tolerate you but that doesn't mean I have to.
Holly: You're right about one thing. I agree with your statement that I hope we'll never have to work together.
Hoggbottom: *HUFF*
