Phantasmo, also known as his stage name “El Phantasmo”, was revived through an experiment conducted by Frankie the Typhlosian and her partner Althea the Dusknoir. This Gengar’s physical body came from a deceased fighting type pokemon from a far off region, so the fusion of the pokemon’s body alongside a Gengar who was killed and no longer had a physical form created a new being. Phantasmo doesn’t seem to pose a threat to most people or Pokemon, although there have been cases where he’s attacked humans who have done harmful acts towards others. He’s also basically a gentle giant.
