Otis made a bet with the other animals. Otis said that he could drink the entire ocean, but the other animals, particularly Bessie, did not believe him. Bessie said she would give him $100 dollars if he could. Otis then accepted the bet. The animals then went to the beach and Otis took out a bendy straw. Otis then got in the water and put his bendy straw in the water. He started to drink the water. His belly began to bloat and expand, while the water level went down. All the animals watched in shock as the water level continued to go down and Otis's belly continued to grow. Eventually, there was no more water left. Otis drank the entire ocean and all the animals were shocked. Otis had done it, he had the entire ocean in his belly. He then demanded Bessie pay him his $100, which she angrily handed over to him.
