Many years ago, I had an OC called Polly, who was a character in a certain RPG campaign.
Long after the end of that campaign (in which she died), I made a new friend, who developed something of a slight obsession with that character. However, be it because she was above their own OC's leagues, or because she was dead, this friend's shipping fantasies never quite worked out.
Eventually, they asked me to draw one of their own OCs, cuddling with a mare cosplaying as Polly, and it just not being the same.
