I highly enjoy the design of your dragon, very unique and an interesting combination of features! The magmatic veins are obviously standing out, but also the use of hair and garment, everything goes along very well with another.
I also like the choice of atmosphere here, the Halloween background emphasises his body even more. His pose and expression are just the icing on the cake.
