When the nation fell into a civil war, a Therestial name Valery Stabelin took control of the northeastern parts of the country as a communist nation, with the goal os unifying equestria and imprisoning the currently occupier of Canterlot. But this has proven to be a problem, as some (especially the therestial) has refused to cooperate with the communist and limited support from the people

Due to the little industry the country had, the nation was forced to either use outdated weaponry or force for soldiers to bring weapons from their homes
